屋主：将客厅原有的门窗全部打掉做了两扇落地大玻璃窗。

宅Sir：一楼和地下室的有潮湿问题吗？

屋主：会有，墙面用了带防水防潮的乳胶漆，地下室地面铺砖时，水泥砂浆也混入了防水剂。

宅Sir：喜欢什么样的生活方式？

认识TA们

在家屋主：沈小冰家属

小冰，经营花艺工作室，主打干燥花。家里有一家四口两猫一狗，喜欢家中每一件物品都是爱的模样！

金毛名叫小马哥，是朋友菜贩养不了送的，性格温和有爱；左手边的折耳叫凳凳，也是朋友送的，贪吃高冷好懒；右边的狸花猫是阿拉蕾，路边捡来的，胆小粘我怕生爱玩。

户型：花园小洋房三室两厅两卫

实际使用面积：㎡（包括院子和阳光房）

装修时间：半年左右

装修花费：软装+硬装共55万左右

装修灵感:喜欢清爽的原木风，但觉得日系小清新太文艺，所以在软装部分穿插一些硬朗的元素，比如铁艺，沙发窗帘等配色。另外地下室的书桌和茶桌家属选的厚重的黑檀木，偏向禅意但又不太过分。

装修改造重点

改造部分包括包阳台、厨房移位、安装楼梯、下沉院子改造阳光房、重新安装上下两层的玻璃移门：

房子有三个阳台，分别包进客厅、厨房、卫生间，扩大整体空间；

为了腾出餐厅位置，把原来厨卫往外挪；

附送的地下室与一楼分别是独立的，装修前期通过打洞敲楼板来留出楼梯的位置；

院子分上半层和下半层，中间通过户外楼梯连接。改造时将户外楼梯敲除，顶部安装玻璃吊顶改阳光房；

上下两层的院子原始入户门较小，采光差，狠心全部敲除，改成两个超大落地玻璃移门；

一楼空间:门厅/客厅/餐厅/厨房/卧室/儿童房/卫生间

门厅：鞋柜工具墙放室外

原入户门在餐厅旁边并不常用，基本每天从院子的玻璃移门进入客厅，所以院子与客厅的连接处算有是玄关，用来做一些日常收纳，左边是让木工现场打的一面嵌入式鞋柜。

右边是一面工具收纳墙，用洞洞板收纳一些家用工具；旁边的白色铁架用来放各种园艺工具。
